Happy Dance!

Sophie and I have been making good progress in agility. She is over her fear of the teeter, her contacts are pretty decent and she is getting better about working distance.

But we were still having trouble with the weaves. She would pop out more often than not. So we went back to square one and instead of channel weaves, we tried the 2x2 method for a while which seemed to help with her entries.

The last few classes she has been doing pretty well. Even picking up a little speed. Yesterday, I finally had my training partner video tape. The video just makes me want to do a happy dance :-)

  1. Well I'd be doing the happy dance with that one too!! Delilah won't even do a weave without be coaxing her through each one with a piece of food!

  2. That's awesome! We've found agility to be an especially effective tool for building Bella's confidence and she likes getting the chance to release some pent up energy, too.

Sophie's doing great! And so are you.
